As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, monitor access activity, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. You will remain visible, communicate professionally, and help address security-related concerns while supporting a welcoming environment. • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, tenants, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• →Maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records; issue and collect access credentials as directed by site policy.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property common areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
