Complex Claim Adjuster

Our Claims team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer outcomes while protecting AIG's financial and reputational interests. Working across a broad range of Property & Casualty claims, the team handles complex and high-severity matters, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant claim resolutions through strong technical expertise and stakeholder collaboration.

As a Complex Claim Adjuster, you will serve as a technical claims expert responsible for managing complex Property & Casualty claims, including litigated matters and customer complaints. You will play a key role in driving quality claim outcomes, providing technical guidance to colleagues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting operational excellence across the claims function.

• Manage complex Property & Casualty claims, including complaints and litigated cases, ensuring timely and compliant claim resolution.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex claims to colleagues and business stakeholders.

• Maintain claims quality through claim reviews, sound reserving practices, and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

• Drive process and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claims issues and support business objectives.

• Manage claim costs through effective reserving, settlement, and expense control.

• Oversee external partners, including loss adjusters and legal counsel, to ensure service quality and compliance.

• Adhere to AIG's risk management framework, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in Property & Casualty claims handling, including complex and litigated claims.

• Strong technical knowledge of coverage interpretation, investigation, reserving, and claims resolution.

• Experience managing customer complaints and external partners, including loss adjusters and legal counsel.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to provide technical leadership and influence across functions.

• Fluency in Thai and full professional proficiency in English.
