• →Manage the day to day operation and events of the Outlets according to company standards.
• →Working hands on with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• →Recruit, nurture and develop the F&B Team and ensure staff retention.
• →Create genuine connections with the members to deliver the home away from home experience.
• →Support the F&B Manager in managing all aspects of revenue, revenue opportunity and costs to ensure profitability and achieving business targets.
• →Support the F&B Manager in driving the business through creative initiatives and solutions.
• →Ensure compliance with company, HACCP and other legislative regulations.
