We are looking for an experienced MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 10-15 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging environments and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

→Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security.
→Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer-enablement activities.
→Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
→Troubleshoot complex messaging and identity-related issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
→Create remediation plans based on technical findings and business impact.
→Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management.

Requirements

✅ 10-15 years of experience in messaging, Microsoft infrastructure, or related technologies.

✅ Advanced English communication skills.

✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

✅ Proven ability to facilitate workshops, technical training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

Exchange Online
Mail Flow
SMTP
DNS
Identity Access Management (IAM)
PowerShell
Security Administration
Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

✅ Experience working with Microsoft administration tools.

✅ Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

⭐ Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, security, and business teams.

⭐ Customer success and continuous-learning mindset.

✔ Strong Exchange Online administration experience

✔ Customer-focused and consultative approach

✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills
