Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes.

For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work.

As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another.

At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today.

The Group Director, fusepoint is the senior client relationship for fusepoint, Power Digital's Strategy and Measurement team. You manage your portfolio the way a fund manager runs a book: you know which accounts compound, which are at risk, and where to spend your time. You are the executive a client calls first, and the leader an Account Director never wants to let down. The roles you play day to day are portfolio retention and growth owner, measurement and strategy authority, talent multiplier, and AI systems thinker.

fusepoint's clients are mostly complex and/or omnichannel brands whose marketing has outgrown their ability to measure it. They come to us to answer what is actually incremental, where the next dollar should go, and how multiple revenue streams (DTC, Amazon, and retail) work together. Many have previously worked with measurement solutions and looking for a consultative partner, not just a dashboard. You understand that a measurement result is never just about media, as audience, creative, messaging, price, distribution, and promotion all affect outcomes.

You lead the Account Directors who guide cross-functional teams of internal and external media buyers, data scientists, marketing leads, around a single strategy for each client. You ensure that we translate Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and incrementality results into decisions that hold up to a CFO who wants to see P&L impact and business unit leaders who want to protect their budgets.

At Power, retention is the floor, not the job. You are commercially driven first: you personally own executive relationships and expansion revenue for the top of your portfolio, and you hold your team to the same standard. You coach Account Directors and their teams to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors, faster and less buried in manual work than the role has ever required. You help determine which AI tools and workflows the fusepoint client team adopts. You help shape fusepoint's go-to-market position, partner with Sales on consulting and measurement offers, serve as a thought partner to your VP and Head of Strategy, and represent Power Digital in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Own net revenue retention MRR for fusepoint; treat retention as the primary commercial lever of the role and own the team's monthly churn target
  • Personally own executive relationships across the portfolio by MRR, as a direct relationship and not a delegated one
  • Run monthly, relationship-focused executive check-ins with top-tier accounts and 1x1 check-ins with every priority account
  • Maintain an accurate, self-owned weekly retention forecast and keep the Salesforce pipeline current (stages, forecast, next steps)
  • Diagnose risk early and install fixes, not just responses; lead or co-lead quarterly measurement plans for the top 10% of the portfolio, weighted toward strategic outcomes over metrics recaps
  • Partner with Account Directors to build value-based, consultative business cases cementing our value as a trusted measurement partner agnostic of who runs the media strategy
  • Own resolution of every escalation in the direct portfolio, and make sure Account Directors build multi-threaded relationships across executive, finance, and business unit leaders so no single point of contact departure puts an account at risk
  • Working with the fusepoint leadership team, set the standard for measurement strategy across fusepoint client work, including MMM and incrementality testing make sure each client's program defines which KPIs to manage to, which questions to answer, and what decision we expect each result to inform
  • Make sure Account Directors connect each client's product, audience, and media plan to a measurement approach tied to business outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (other agencies and in-house teams) to reduce friction and ensure alignment across measurement and marketing objectives.
  • Pressure-test client readouts so they drive business decisions rather than report recap[ing model results, and work to ensure sure results get activated whether media runs through Power Digital, the client's in-house team, or another agency
  • Present alternative measurement methodologies to skeptical CFO, finance, and C-suite stakeholders, and push back when the data supports it
  • Partner with Measurement leads, media planners, and media buyers to keep strategy and execution connected
  • Play a key leadership role in final-round pitches where support is needed, bringing measurement and strategic consulting credibility to new business
  • Partner with the fusepoint leadership and Sales teams to sharpen fusepoint's positioning, collateral, and win rate, and to scope consulting and measurement engagements
  • Make sure each Account Director leads one client case study per quarter that shows measurement and strategy impact
  • Represent fusepoint and Power Digital in market through speaking, content, and client-facing points of view
  • Directly manage Account Directors
  • Coach every direct report to operate as an AI-Native Growth Director, not a task manager: faster diagnosis, more client-facing time, less manual analysis and reporting
  • Evaluate the team weekly on Pulse sentiment, health scores, and expansion, not just activity; hold Pulse completion at 100% and make sure Account Directors work in Omega consistently and surface problems before clients do
  • Own hiring, staffing, capacity, and career pathing for the fusepoint client experience team; facilitate DAPs and career progression conversations
  • Practice radical candor and deliver timely, actionable feedback that accelerates careers
  • Identify and develop key talent for future Sr. Account Director and Group Director roles
  • Vibe-code prototypes to automate repeatable tasks, surface better insights, and test hypotheses quickly
  • Help design AI workflows for the team and build the system, not just use the tools
  • Run Omega and Iris across the full portfolio and act on the patterns they surface
  • Collaborate with the fusepoint leadership team to decide which AI tools and workflows get adopted, and own the quality tradeoffs on where AI accelerates output and where it must never touch client-facing work unreviewed
  • Collaborate with the innovation team on enhancements that better serve fusepoint clients
  • Consulted on the fusepoint P&L and accountable for the profitability of the portfolio
  • Forecast the four pillars (Churn, Service Expansion, New Business, Efficiency) in partnership with the MD and VP
  • Use the P&L and strategic growth bets to build the business case for headcount and investment; drive efficiency through technology, AI, and process improvement
  • Become the internal knowledge hub other leaders turn to for measurement and strategic consulting expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science/Analytics, Business, or a related discipline
