Choreo is a wealth management firm built on an interconnected network of financial advisors with a shared vision servicing entrepreneurs, CPAs, and individuals with a forward-thinking approach to financial planning to translate wealth into fulfillment. With over 200 employees and 40+ locations across the country, we are here to serve our clients beyond what is expected.

Choreo is building new technology capabilities to scale how it serves advisors and clients. The Head of Strategic Technology Delivery will be the senior delivery leader for that buildout, taking it from strategy through delivery to adoption. This is a well-rounded leadership role, bringing experience across technology, solution engineering, product leadership, security, and digital strategy, along with advisor- and client-facing experience. They act as a trusted partner to business and technology executives and turn advisor and client needs into secure, scalable solutions, resilient operations, and measurable business outcomes.

The role owns end-to-end delivery across the areas that matter most to advisors: core advisor-facing technology, core advisor workflows, and cybersecurity. It also owns enterprise-level decisions for AI and supports the firm's AI Automation, AI Data Enablement, and AI Use Case work.  Deliver the technology buildout: From roadmap to production with clear sequencing, accountability, and measurable milestones. Modernize security and access: Ensure advisors have secure, uninterrupted access to the technology they rely on. Connect strategy to execution: Align business, product, and technology leaders on priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes. Drive adoption and value: Make sure what we build is adopted by advisors and measurably improves their experience and the client experience.

The Head of Strategic Technology Delivery is the delivery lead for Product Engineering. Strategic Technology Delivery owns the integrated delivery, enterprise-level technology decisions, product and solution design, security and resilience, and the stakeholder alignment that makes the buildout succeed.
