RIS Solution Architect Manager

Client & Project:

We are seeking a new talent to join the UKI Digital Core Solutioning team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the client projects and solution development within our Technology Transformation and Transformation offering team.

Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions that support the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. Engaging with multiple teams, you will be responsible for team decisions and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams as well as addressing business area challenges.

End-to-end technology architecture and software engineering solutioning. Shape integrated solutions across applications, integration, data, cloud and security, with credible modernization roadmaps and clear architectural trade-offs.

AI both in the client proposition and in how we solution the deal. Design enterprise AI and agentic solutions, and apply AI to discovery, architecture, estimation and software delivery, with appropriate evaluation, governance and human controls.

Hands-on architecture and rapid solution proving. Move beyond slides to prototypes, demonstrators and reusable reference architectures that test assumptions, establish feasibility and bring the proposition to life for clients.

Commercially grounded technology judgement. Translate architecture choices into delivery approaches, estimates, operating costs, dependencies and risks, including realistic AI productivity assumptions and consumption economics.

Client-facing thought leadership and capability building. Develop distinctive CTO-level points of view on AI-native engineering and technology modernization, turn these into reusable propositions and assets, and coach architects across the Pod.

Day to Day:

Provide strategic guidance to shape technology solutions that align with client business goals and industry trends.

Lead cross-functional discussions to ensure cohesive and innovative solution delivery across teams.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and implementation processes.

Engage with stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Champion best practices and elevate quality standards within the solution architecture discipline.

Applies deep technical architecture, packaged software or customer architecture skills either as a standalone deal or as part of a bundled of offerings

It is desirable to have the Accenture Master Technology Architecture certification, a Cloud Architect professional certification and Anthropic Claude Architect certification.

Strong client communication and able to lead with points of view and an understanding of issues impacting the CTO.
