Direct Marketing Coordinator

At IQVIA, we help healthcare and pharmaceutical companies connect with healthcare professionals through data-driven, compliant, and effective marketing solutions. As part of our team, you'll work closely with clients to plan, execute, and optimize Marketing services activities that make a real difference in healthcare.

• →Manage and coordinate direct marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients

• →Maintain trusted relationships with suppliers and act as a key point of contact

• →Build trusted relationships with customers

• →Support clients with campaign planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement

• →Coordinate and monitor every stage of the project, from pricing through to the creation of accurate reports that pharmaceutical clients subsequently submit to the authorities.

• →Work close with sales functions and collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Is fluent in Swedish and English

• Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented to ensure accurate results

• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Enjoy working with clients and delivering high-quality service

• Is open to learn new things

• Has experience with Microsoft Office
