• → Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels
• →Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews
• →Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• →Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• →Support offer rollout and onboarding activities
• →Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (2025/2026 Pass-outs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and hiring lifecycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical and coordination skills
