Collision Center seeking Production Manager

Mister “P” Express is a truckload contract carrier with authority in 48 states and Canada. Our goal is to be on time, every time.  We pledge total dedication and explicit attention to every detail that our customers require. 

·          Assign daily work to technicians and painters, ensure all employees log their hours in CCC.

·          Monitor employee productivity, hold team members accountable for performance and quality.

·          Manage inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of materials and supplies.

·          Review daily operations to ensure production goals are met and staff are performing at full capacity.

·         Oversee facility operations, including cleanliness, organization, equipment, and overall production workflow.

·         Conduct final quality control inspections on all vehicles and repairs before leaving the facility.

·         Exercise sound judgment to ensure company quality standards are met.

·         Maintain punctual attendance and communicate professionally with employees, customers, and management.

·         Ensure all employees comply with company safety policies and safe work practices.

·          Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

·         High School diploma or GED required

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·         Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

·         Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

·         Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail.

·         Knowledge of collision repair operations and production processes is preferred.
