Pernod Ricard is a worldwide leader in the spirits and champagne industry, blending traditional craftsmanship, state-of-the-art brand development, and global distribution technologies. Our prestigious portfolio of premium to luxury brands includes Absolut vodka, Ricard pastis, Ballantine’s, Chivas Regal, Royal Salute, and The Glenlivet Scotch whiskies, Jameson Irish whiskey, Martell cognac, Havana Club rum, Beefeater gin, Malibu liqueur and Mumm and Perrier-Jouët champagnes. Our mission is to ensure the long-term growth of our brands with full respect for people and the environment, while empowering our employees around the world to be ambassadors of our purposeful, inclusive and responsible culture of authentic conviviality.

If you enjoy working with numbers, asking questions and understanding what drives a business, this stream could be a great fit. You'll join one of four teams, using market, competitor, sales or shopper data to spot trends, identify opportunities and inform business decisions. With support from your manager and team, you'll develop your analytical skills and take projects from research and analysis through to clear recommendations and presentations

Depending on your interests and skills, you could join one of the teams below:

Help shape the future of some of the world's best-known Scotch whisky brands. As part of the strategy team, you'll work on global projects covering long-term strategy, brand planning and innovation. You'll research competitors and track activations, launches and wider market activity to uncover useful insights. You'll also clean, analyse and interpret data, question anything that doesn't add up and turn your findings into clear recommendations. Working with marketing teams, you'll contribute to brand plans, new product ideas and ad hoc strategic projects. With training along the way, you'll gradually take ownership of your work and may get the chance to share it with senior leaders, potentially including CEO and VP-level stakeholders. If you love numbers, are confident in Excel and enjoy asking whether the data is telling the full story, this could be the role for you. SQL or data-querying skills would be a bonus.

Discover what's shaping travel retail across airport shops, cruise ships and border stores worldwide. You'll support strategy and business intelligence projects by analysing passenger traffic, sales performance, market trends and competitor activity, turning information from multiple sources into clear reports and practical recommendations for commercial teams and senior stakeholders. This role suits a curious, organised and adaptable problem-solver who enjoys working with numbers, questioning what data means for the business and finding better ways of working. You'll bring strong Excel skills, confidence communicating and presenting findings in PowerPoint, and the ability to keep projects moving with colleagues across regions and cultures. Whether you study business, economics or a science subject such as chemistry, you'll have opportunities to develop your analytical, strategic and reporting skills over time.

This team digs into sales, shopper and market data to spot the trends shaping what people drink, work out why they matter and help decide where our products go next. You'll turn the numbers into insights our commercial teams can act on, get involved in strategy and transformation projects and see your work through from the first piece of analysis to the final recommendation or presentation.

This role suits someone who loves finding the story behind the data and can explain it clearly and confidently. Priorities can shift as projects move on, so you'll need to be flexible and happy to switch gears when needed. If you enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns and using analysis to understand what makes shoppers tick, this could be the placement for you.

Share your insights with commercial teams around the world, from Miami and Hong Kong to Dubai and Sydney. This team uses data from airports and border stores to help our teams sell smarter. You'll lead projects that reveal trends and opportunities across airports, brands and markets, explaining what the numbers really mean rather than simply reporting them. Working across time zones, you'll build relationships with colleagues worldwide, so strong organisation and clear, confident communication are key. It's ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong Excel skills.
