Responsibilities

→Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
→Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
→Follow up to physician’s orders
→Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
→Provide on-going training to staff
→Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
→Ensure survey readiness at all times
→Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
→Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
→Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements
