We’re seeking an exceptional candidate to assist Bevi’s Finance team with day-to-day accounts payable management and support the team’s monthly closing activities. Reporting directly to the Senior Staff Account, the Accounts Payable Associate will be a critical member of Bevi’s Finance team.

Responsibilities

→Capture and enter vendor invoices and code to the proper general ledger accounts
→Work directly with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate invoice payments
→Work directly with other departments for invoice approvals
→Perform accurate and timely month-end cash reconciliations and journal entries
→Prepare ad hoc analysis activities that include (but not limited to) vendor spending summaries, fixed asset analysis, and customer machine return analysis
→Partner with FP&A to review monthly results versus budget and prior months.

Candidate for BS/BA in accounting or finance
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Fluency with standard GAAP accounting methods
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Experience with ERP systems preferred (NetSuite and/or Ramp)

The posted compensation range reflects the salary* for this position. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. Offers to join Bevi are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate's work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.

*For Sales roles: The posted range reflects base salary plus commission which is the total potential on target earnings (OTE) for the position.

$56,100—$69,300 USD
