As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring teams remain aligned, resources are managed effectively, and business objectives stay at the forefront. You will serve as a trusted partner to clients, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and delivering results with clarity and accountability. Beyond project execution, you will help strengthen team performance by mentoring colleagues and establishing consistent project management practices. As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will own project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality across complex digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead large-scale digital projects from initiation to completion, maintaining ownership of scope, timelines, resources, priorities, and team coordination.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, resource allocations, checkpoints, and delivery expectations.
Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes while carefully assessing resource availability and potential impacts.
Provide transparent, consistent reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility into progress, challenges, decisions, and outcomes.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning project delivery with broader business objectives and long-term success.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain alignment between client expectations, project scope, team capacity, and execution strategy.
Structure communication and decision-making processes to minimize unnecessary back-and-forth, clarify expectations, and ensure continuity.
Mentor and coach junior Project Managers, demonstrating strong practices in communication, planning, prioritization, and follow-through.
Foster a culture of accountability, clear documentation, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Maintain high standards of project organization, including accurate trackers, documented decisions, organized tools, and seamless handoffs.
Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder confidence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines extensive digital project management experience with strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to bring structure to complex environments. Key qualifications include:

At least 6 years of experience managing complex digital projects within an agency or product-based environment.
Demonstrated success managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, with the ability to adapt approaches to project needs.
Excellent planning, organizational, risk management, and resource coordination skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing stakeholders, aligning expectations, and building trusted client relationships.
Proven experience guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring other project management professionals.
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google productivity suites, Notion, Jira, Asana, Toggl, Slack, or comparable project management and collaboration tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to documentation, process consistency, accountability, and clear communication.
Ability to navigate fast-paced environments, make sound decisions, and maintain a strategic perspective while managing day-to-day execution.
PMP or a similar project management certification is preferred.
Experience in portfolio management is an advantage.
