In this senior full-stack role, you will design, develop, and evolve enterprise-grade web and mobile applications, combining modern frontend frameworks with robust backend technologies. You will contribute across the entire development lifecycle, from building user-facing features and APIs to testing, integration, and continuous delivery. AI-first development will be central to your work, enabling you to leverage intelligent tools and autonomous agents to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, and solve complex technical challenges. Working closely with architecture, design, QA, and DevOps teams, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer who combines strong full-stack expertise with a forward-thinking approach to AI-assisted software development.

You will take ownership of end-to-end application development while applying modern engineering practices and AI-powered workflows to improve productivity, reliability, and software quality. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain end-to-end frontend and backend features for enterprise web and mobile applications.
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js and, where applicable, React Native.
Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations using Java with Spring Boot and/or Node.js.
Implement and maintain integrations with relational and NoSQL databases.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests, targeting a minimum of 80% code coverage.
Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD), Clean Code principles, and code review practices to ensure maintainable, reliable software.
Leverage AI-powered tools to generate, improve, and refactor frontend components and backend services.
Configure and use AI agents to support development workflows and accelerate software delivery.
Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, correctness, and compliance with engineering standards.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration processes.
Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers, QA specialists, UX/UI designers, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Participate in the continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and delivery processes.

The ideal candidate is a senior full-stack developer with solid experience building enterprise applications, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in integrating AI into everyday software engineering. You should be comfortable working collaboratively, taking ownership of technical deliverables, and maintaining high standards of code quality. Required qualifications include:

Demonstrated experience developing applications with React.js and JavaScript or TypeScript.
Backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot or Node.js.
Knowledge of REST APIs and service integration.
Experience working with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Git and continuous integration workflows.
Practical experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
Understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative software development.
Familiarity with TDD, Clean Code, and code review practices.
Ability to assess code quality and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
