Community Health Impact Analyst

$28.14 - $42.21Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Community Health Impact Analyst to join our team. The Community Health Impact & Reporting Analyst position supports the organization's ability to assess, demonstrate, and communicate the impact of its Community Health initiatives and investments. This role provides analytical and evaluation expertise to support informed decision-making, strengthen program effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational and community priorities. The position also supports system-wide readiness for evolving Community Benefit reporting and compliance requirements.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, public health, healthcare administration, health services administration, business administration, or a related field is required.
• A high school diploma, or equivalent, plus five (5) years of experience in data analytics, public health, healthcare administration, health services administration, business administration, or related experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Experience Qualifications

• Three years of experience in data analytics, public health, healthcare administration, health services administration, business administration, or a related field is required.
• This experience must be in addition to the five years of experience required if using a high school diploma plus five years of work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
