Night Auditor (part-time)

As Night Auditor, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of overnight hotel operations, combining exceptional guest service with accurate financial reporting and attention to detail.

You’ll be a trusted presence throughout the night, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for while maintaining the accuracy, security and efficiency of Front Office operations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a seamless overnight guest experience, including check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries.
• Complete daily night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting.
• Reconcile cashiering, guest accounts, payments and daily revenue records.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial, occupancy and operational reports.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations and billing information.
• Work closely with the Night Manager and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Follow Marriott policies, safety procedures and financial controls.
• Ensure a welcoming, polished and effortless guest experience throughout the night.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit or a similar hotel role.
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence with cashiering, financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• A calm, organised and professional approach to overnight operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with hotel property management systems, ideally OPERA.
• Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
