We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join an international VIP Service team within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will provide personalized support to customers in the Bronze VIP segment, helping them get the most value from available products and services. You will build strong customer relationships, understand individual preferences, and proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and engagement. Through effective communication and tailored recommendations, you will contribute to customer retention and encourage users to progress toward higher VIP levels. You will also support promotional activities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This fully remote opportunity offers a stable evening schedule, a supportive international team, and opportunities for professional growth.

Deliver high-quality, personalized customer support to users within the Bronze VIP segment, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience.

Handle requests and assignments from the Retention team, supporting customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.

Promote platform activities and campaigns, including tournaments, lotteries, quests, and other interactive experiences.

Conduct interviews and conversations with Bronze VIP customers to collect feedback, understand their preferences, and identify opportunities to improve their experience.

Increase customer satisfaction through proactive communication, personalized assistance, and effective issue resolution.

Identify opportunities to convert Bronze VIP users into higher-tier VIP customers by presenting relevant products, services, and benefits.

Handle customer objections professionally, addressing concerns and communicating product value in a persuasive and customer-oriented manner.

Assist customers with verification procedures whenever necessary.

Work toward established KPIs and individual performance objectives while maintaining high service standards.

Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of existing products, services, tools, and newly introduced features.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and effective execution of retention initiatives.

Follow a consistent Monday-to-Friday evening schedule from 18:00 to 02:00 Kyiv time, consisting of 7 working hours and a 1-hour break, with no rotating shifts.

Requirements

Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international customers.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers through email and phone calls.

Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.

Experience handling customer objections and resolving concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Ability to engage customers, generate interest in additional products and services, and effectively communicate product benefits.

A customer-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and improving satisfaction.

Empathy, patience, and emotional resilience when managing challenging customer situations.

Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create positive and engaging customer interactions.

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes, and continuously develop product knowledge.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet established deadlines.

A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach, with the motivation to achieve individual KPIs.

Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
