Product Manager, Trust, Risk & Platform

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of innovative products and platform capabilities that strengthen customer trust, mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency within a regulated digital asset environment. In this role, you will oversee initiatives spanning account security, risk management systems, third-party integrations, and internal operational tools. You will work closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to transform complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing platform security, streamlining workflows, and delivering reliable customer experiences. Combining technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong product execution, you will help balance customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory obligations. • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical professional experience.

• Product Management Experience: At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably within cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, payments, or other regulated technology environments.

• Risk and Fraud Management Expertise: Experience working with fraud prevention and risk management products, including risk platforms, rules engines, account protection systems, and operational workflows.

• Financial Services and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with account management, risk controls, and compliance requirements within financial services, cryptocurrency exchanges, or digital asset platforms.

• Platform and Technical Product Experience: Demonstrated experience developing platform products, internal operational tools, workflow automation solutions, and third-party technology integrations.

• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, evaluate platform capabilities, and translate business requirements into clear product specifications.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, identify operational challenges, evaluate product performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Customer Experience, and Operations.

• Product Ownership and Execution: Ability to independently lead complex product initiatives, manage competing priorities, make informed decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Additional Technical Skills: Experience with SQL, analytics tools, risk management platforms, or other relevant data technologies is considered an advantage.

• Adaptability and Integrity: A collaborative, customer-focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to adapt to the evolving digital asset and financial technology landscape.
