Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Director, Global Services Finance Solutions, Deployment and Integration Lead.   

This leader will be responsible for leading a global organization that will direct and coordinate the execution of Global Services finance function strategies and will act as the Global Services Solutions, Deployment and Integration Lead for all transformation. This critical role will work as a key leader to the enterprise finance transformation program and will be accountable for ensuring we execute with excellence, deliver on our commitments and ensure we proactively connect and shape our program across the wider finance organization. This key global role will drive significant improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and the employee experience.

The role requires having a broad understanding of the J&J Operating Groups as well as the geographic regions, in addition to a deep understanding of the enterprise finance transformation program. This role works with Senior management frequently.

An undergraduate degree is required.

• →An advanced degree in business or organizational management is preferred.
• →A minimum of 10 years of people management experience is required.
• →Leading large transformation programs experience is required.
• →Leading change initiatives and successful execution of global projects and solutioning.
• →Must be a strong team player who can work across organizations and teams to produce high quality project management and governance outcomes required.
• →The ability to attract and develop superior talent is required.
• →Analytical skills and experience leading risk-based oversight programs required.
• →The ability to build interdependent partnerships, acting as the mediator between organizations while optimizing the value proposition is required.
• →The ability to develop high performing teams and lead in a matrixed environment is required.

Up to approximately 25% domestic and international travel may be required when appropriate.
