Finance Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Senior Manager to join our Contract Logistics (CL) team in Istanbul, Türkiye.

In this role, you will be responsible for the financial management and performance of our Contract Logistics operations in Türkiye, working closely with local operational and commercial teams. You will also collaborate with regional and global Finance teams and report directly to the Finance Director, Contract Logistics Cluster West/South.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and control cycle, including long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Take ownership of the financial performance and P&L of Contract Logistics operations in Türkiye, ensuring effective cost control, profitability and achievement of financial targets.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identify performance gaps and explain the key drivers behind financial results to local, regional and global management.
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to Site Leadership and operational and commercial teams, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Analyze contract profitability, identify margin improvement opportunities and initiate corrective actions to improve financial performance.
• Support commercial and pricing decisions, including customer negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring that business proposals meet company profitability targets.
• Challenge business assumptions, proactively identify financial risks and ensure that potential issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Drive business improvement initiatives with a focus on productivity, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Review, approve and monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) related to the operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local financial legislation and statutory requirements in Türkiye, acting as a local gatekeeper for financial compliance.
• Support IFRS reporting requirements, internal controls, month-end closing and audit processes.
• Participate in regional and global Finance projects and initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A master's degree or professional finance qualification (such as CMA) is an advantage.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in Business Controlling or Finance Management roles.
• Experience in a multinational company and exposure to operational finance and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost controlling and P&L management.
• Experience in contract profitability analysis, pricing and margin management is an advantage.
• Good understanding of IFRS and local financial legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience in CAPEX management and financial performance analysis.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, Oracle EPBCS, Navision, BPC or Qlik is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• A proactive, hands-on and business-oriented approach, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask critical questions.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently and influence business decisions while collaborating with different stakeholders.
