• The Weekly Flow: You’ll operate on a solid Monday through Friday schedule, giving you your weekends back, with occasional Saturday shifts available during peak seasonal rushes.
• Early Dispatch Windows: Shifts kick off bright and early with start times between 02:30 and 05:00 AM, letting you beat the traffic.
• Daily Home Time: You are guaranteed to get home every single dayafter logging predictable 10 to 12-hour shifts.

• Straight Hourly Pay: Earn a steady $30.00 per hour straight time (structured on an average of 55 hours per week).
• Yearly Earnings Potential: Most drivers average around $85,000 annually.

• The Iron: Pull 53-foot box trailers using well-maintained day cabs out of our remote facility located at 3873 Wynne Ave, Butte, MT 59701.
• High-Exertion Delivery: This is a very labor-intensive and physically demanding position. Outbound freight is preloaded via shuttles, averaging 2 to 4 static stops per route.
• The Unload: You'll hand-unload boxes onto conveyors or roller ramps at retail store locations, maintaining a target pace of 150 boxes per hour. Expect 50 to 300 boxes per stop (500 to 700 per trailer) weighing anywhere from 2 to 100 lbs (averaging 30 to 60 lbs).

• A valid Class A commercial driver's license with at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience(doubles/triples endorsements are preferred).
• Mandatory passing of a DOT drug and alcohol screening.
• Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work daily, plus steel-toe boots and compliance with our company-provided uniform policyand strict no-smoking rule inside the cab.
