What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
Meet membership sales goals
Educate guests on services, memberships, and promotions
Schedule appointments and answer phones
Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards
Support daily spa operations and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
