Licensed Massage Therapist — Oak Brook, IL

$32.00 - $40.00 per hour, not including tips. Pay Per Service. Not commission. Paid-training, guaranteed. You're paid for your scheduled hours whether or not the room is booked.

We are a brand-new Woodhouse Spa in Oak Brook, and we're building an amazing team of Spa Professionals.

Most spas in this area pay a low admin rate plus a percentage of what you book, which means slow weeks cost you income. We decided to do it differently. You get a guaranteed hourly rate, we carry the risk on utilization, and you can plan your life around a predictable paycheck.

What we're looking for

Active Illinois Massage Therapy license
Availability that includes weekends and evenings, when our guests are here
Genuine care for the guest experience and a collaborative approach with the team

What you'll do

Deliver Woodhouse signature massages and body treatments to protocol
Set up your room and prepare each service to treatment standard
Talk with guests about what they need and tailor the session to it
Let guests know about enhancements and products that genuinely fit — no scripts, no quotas
Keep your space clean and compliant with Illinois State Board standards
Use our booking software to manage guest records
Show up reliably for your scheduled shifts
