About Us:

We operate an elite, upscale boutique wellness and luxury service environment dedicated to an exceptional guest experience. Our brand delivers a highly curated, premium journey for our guests. As we prepare to scale our operations, we are seeking a high-grit, service-driven Assistant Operations Manager to serve as the heartbeat of our daily guest operations and lead our front-of-house team.

The Position:

We are not looking for a back-office administrator who prefers to manage from a laptop. We are looking for a vibrant, charismatic, "boots on the ground" leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-touch hospitality environment.

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you are the face of the business and the ultimate protector of the guest experience. You will manage and motivate our team, optimize our daily appointment book for maximum revenue and efficiency, assist with inventory processes and ordering, and gracefully solve logistical problems in real time.

Because you are the captain of our peak traffic hours, this role requires a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with evening availability and availability around holidays.

Core Responsibilities:

Live Floor Leadership & Management: Lead inspiring daily team huddles, maintain an active floor presence, and serve as the daily Manager on Duty—overseeing daily operations, managing call-outs, and covering or coordinating schedules as needed to ensure a flawless, high-end client journey from arrival to departure.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, receive and log incoming shipments into the system, and manage supply ordering to maintain optimal stock levels for both retail products and professional supplies.

Administrative & Payroll Operations: Support daily operational projects, including managing time clock corrections, tracking sales metrics for payroll processing, and monitoring vendor incentive programs.

Team Coaching & Motivation: Actively mentor and develop the team by providing real-time feedback on luxury verbiage, phone scripting, upgrade targets, and checkout execution.

Revenue & Schedule Optimization: Monitor reservation/booking software daily to close schedule gaps, maximize provider availability, and drive retail attachment and appointment rebooking rates.

Operational Grit: Serve as the first point of contact for real-time problem-solving, gracefully handling client issues, unexpected schedule changes, and immediate floor adjustments.

Labor Efficiency: Monitor daily business volume and proactively manage client service team schedules to protect profit margins without sacrificing premium brand standards.
What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-3+ years of retail, premium hospitality, or client services management experience (experience in luxury hotels, premium boutique fitness, or high-end clinics, is highly preferred).
  • The "Leaders Eat Last" Mentality: You lead by example. You are entirely willing to jump in where needed, or cover a shift when your team needs backup.
  • Emotional Resilience: High level of grit and a calm, authoritative composure under pressure. You view unscripted operational chaos or difficult client situations as puzzles to solve, not stressors.
  • Schedule Commitment: Availability to work weekends and evenings (Tuesday- Saturday) and select holiday weekends.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern cloud-based scheduling software, POS systems, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive base pay with a clear path to growth.
  • Paid time off.
  • Health and life insurance.
  • Performance bonuses tied directly to spa performance.
  • Complimentary services and generous discounts.
  • A beautiful, calm, and upscale working environment.
  • Clear organizational boundaries: You own the day-to-day operations and the client services team, while our Spa Director handles provider technical standards and backend logistics.
To Apply:

If you are a resilient, high-energy leader who loves the art of premium hospitality and wants a role where your financial reward matches your operational execution, we want to hear from you. Please submit your resume along with a brief description of why you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
