Overview
As a Senior UX Design Technologist, you combine strong design expertise with technical fluency and AI capabilities to create thoughtful, intuitive, and high-quality workflows and experiences. You are a hands-on maker who bridges design and technology, translating ideas into polished, functional experiences. You understand the craft of UX and design systems. Your greatest impact comes from empowering others through shared skills, scalable workflows, AI-powered tools, and repeatable design practices.
You translate complicated technical capabilities and make them simple and practical for designers and researchers. You know what is worth automating and what should stay in human hands. You respect the distinct value of UX practice and earn UXers’ trust by making their work faster, not by replacing their judgment.
Your goal is not to own every task, but to make the technical ecosystem around UX easier, safer, and more effective.
The UX Operations Team at Genesys enables design excellence at scale. We improve the systems, tools, processes, and shared practices that help the UX organization work effectively.
Reporting to the Senior Director of UX Enablement, you will work across the broader UX organization and partner closely with designers, researchers, Design Systems, Product, and Engineering. Your focus will be well-defined, repeatable UX work where technical skills can reduce manual effort, shorten backlog, and make proven approaches easier to reuse.
