The Housekeeping Attendant (Stylist) is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. This role plays a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences by ensuring rooms are prepared to brand standards while providing professional, attentive service throughout the guest journey. 

• →Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with W Hotels and Marriott brand standards. 
• →Prioritise room cleaning activities to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. 
• →Follow established procedures when entering guest rooms and servicing occupied and vacant accommodations. 
• →Replace guest amenities, supplies, and linens to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment. 
• →Make beds and prepare guest rooms to the required quality standards. 
• →Clean bathrooms, guest areas, furniture, fixtures, and fittings to the highest level of cleanliness. 
• →Remove rubbish, used linen, and room service items from guest rooms and designated areas. 
• →Dust, polish, vacuum, and maintain furnishings, walls, carpets, and other surfaces. 
• →Take ownership of guest requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution whenever possible. 
• →Comply with all health, safety, and operational procedures while serving as a W Brand Ambassador. 

• Previous experience within a luxury, lifestyle, or five-star hotel environment is advantageous. 
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. 
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills. 
• Confidence when interacting with guests and providing exceptional service. 
• A positive attitude and proactive approach to work. 
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and brand standards at all times.
