Proposal Analyst

• →Generate accurate and timely client proposals by reading, analyzing, and collaboratively working with the functional teams to understand client's Request for Proposal ("RFP"), protocol & GLSD as required
• →Prepare proposal revisions and amendments as required.
• →Incorporate feedback into proposals from internal review process.
• →Ensure all proposal versions created during the initial proposal phase through project award/completion are filed in accordance with team requirements.
• →Perform timely and accurate entry of relevant information into required systems, such as Salesforce and Smartsheet, to ensure accurate metrics.
• →Work across the organization to provide client requested price estimates.
• →Assist in the peer reviews of Clinical Trials Proposals.
• →Assist in preparation of intermediate level client contractual documents such as work orders, clinical trial contracts, Letter of Intents (LOls) and start-up agreements.
• →Assist in the maintenance of RFP templates and pricing tools.
• →Attend internal and client calls as requested.
• →Participate in and contribute to process improvement initiatives as needed.
• →Ensure that all training and regulatory requirements are met on time.
• →Read, understand and adhere to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within required timelines.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, sales support, project management or clinical trials required.
  

• Proficient in Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities and to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic contractual documents.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The posted pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for this position. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates could vary based on position details and FTE. Pay is determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, locations, and contracts.
