In this hands-on role, you will manage hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure Government Cloud. You will provide advanced technical support, strengthen cybersecurity controls, and improve system performance, availability, and operational efficiency. Working across infrastructure, security, and technology operations, you will lead technical initiatives and help ensure systems remain resilient and compliant. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who values automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a mission-critical environment.

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, serving as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure, authentication, Microsoft 365, access, and system-level issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced user, system, and performance issues across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle activities across identity platforms, applications, and devices.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain hybrid server, storage, networking, and endpoint infrastructure across organizational sites.

  • Configure and deploy applications through centralized management tools such as Company Portal.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies to streamline operational processes.

  • Manage, monitor, and validate backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions for hybrid systems.

  • Perform regular system updates, patching, and security-hardening activities to maintain stability and compliance.

  • Support container deployments, updates, troubleshooting, and availability management.

  • Lead infrastructure projects by translating business and technical requirements into solutions and coordinating implementation across teams.

  • Implement, maintain, and improve security policies and technical controls across cloud and on-premises environments.

  • Conduct security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and compliance validation in collaboration with security and governance teams.

  • Coordinate with security and incident response teams on investigations, containment measures, and forensic activities.

  • Implement and administer monitoring and observability solutions, including Azure Monitor and Zabbix.

  • Configure alerts and notifications to identify infrastructure issues and performance degradation proactively.

  • Analyze infrastructure performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot complex system failures and coordinate resolution efforts across cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and operational runbooks.

  • Participate throughout the infrastructure lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, deployment, testing, integration, cutover, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Configure and deploy servers, storage, networking equipment, and endpoint devices across organizational locations.

  • Maintain the cybersecurity posture of assigned systems through sound security engineering practices, including access controls, least-privilege principles, centralized authentication, and vendor-recommended security configurations.

  • Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
