We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Spa team as an Assistant Manager, Spa & Wellness!

Responsibilities

→Assist the Director of Spa & Wellness in the leadership, supervision, and development of all Spa & Wellness team members.
→Support the day-to-day operation of the Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
→Onboard, train, coach, and develop employees while promoting a culture of continuous learning and engagement.
→Prepare team schedules, monitor productivity, assist with payroll processes, and support performance management activities.
→Conduct regular inspections of Spa facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness, following up on any deficiencies.
→Foster a safe and healthy environment for guests and employees by promoting safety awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
→Review guest feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance the overall guest experience.
→Maintain accurate departmental records, reports, and operational statistics.
→Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and training materials.
→Support the performance review process by providing timely coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
→Participate in and lead departmental meetings, ensuring employees remain informed of company initiatives, operational changes, and business goals.
→Maintain ongoing communication with the Director of Spa regarding operational updates, employee performance, and guest concerns.
→Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall resort operations and enhance the guest journey.

→Salary Range: $ 76,500 - $82,239
