The Healthcare Analytics QA Lead will oversee end-to-end quality assurance for a healthcare analytics platform integrating clinical, claims, and payer data to support value-based care initiatives. This hands-on leadership role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of operational dashboards and financial reporting. The successful candidate will take ownership of testing strategies, data validation, financial reconciliation, and client user acceptance testing (UAT). Working closely with technical teams, project stakeholders, and healthcare clients, they will identify defects, manage resolution processes, and ensure platform readiness for deployment. A key priority will be validating financial metrics against source claims data, with a strict reconciliation accuracy target of ±3%. This is an opportunity to contribute to a major healthcare analytics implementation within a collaborative, data-driven environment.

  • Own and coordinate the overall quality assurance strategy for a healthcare Contract Performance Analytics Platform built on Exasol and Tableau.

  • Review, develop, and execute test cases and scripts in JIRA, ensuring full traceability to business and technical requirements.

  • Define and execute financial reconciliation testing to validate total cost of care, per-member-per-month (PMPM) calculations, benchmarks, and projections against source claims data, maintaining an accuracy threshold of ±3%.

  • Validate data pipelines, database transformations, and Tableau dashboards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and correct filter functionality.

  • Independently trace dashboard metrics and reported figures through data transformations back to their original claims and clinical data sources.

  • Lead internal testing activities and coordinate client-facing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, kickoff meetings, execution, and reporting.

  • Validate role-based access controls, restricted data sets, and protected health information (PHI) audit logging to support data security and compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate UAT participants, monitor testing progress, and ensure issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.

  • Lead defect triage activities, track corrective actions, and maintain a 72-hour defect turnaround standard.

  • Identify critical issues and testing blockers, escalating risks promptly to project management and leadership teams.

  • Monitor and report test execution progress, defect trends, reconciliation results, and overall quality metrics.

  • Provide regular go-live readiness assessments and clear recommendations to the Project Management Office (PMO).

  • Support key project milestones, including the planned beta release and client UAT in January 2027, followed by the full minimum viable product (MVP) launch targeted for March 1, 2027.
