Business Application Support Consultant

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing, and we are looking for a Business Application Support Consultant to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Become Contact point for users with business applications support requests/issues
• Provide timely technical assistance to end-users via collaboration and ITSM tools (like MS Teams, ticketing systems)
• Utilize ITIL best practices for service request fulfilment, incident and problem management resolution.
• Record all relevant incident and service requests details and allocating categorization and prioritization
• Provide 1st level investigation and diagnosis
• Resolve incidents and service requests by applying 2nd level Business Support
• Escalate incidents and service requests to 3rd  level support teams

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support or a related role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support for software solutions
• Proficiency in end-user support and information systems assistance
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices proven by relevant certification
• Proficiency in using wiki platforms, collaborative sites, and social networks for documentation and knowledge sharing
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive user experience
• Excellent knowledge of office automation tools, particularly MS Office suite
• Excellent knowledge of English language proven by C1/C2 certification
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (like Jira, ServiceNow)
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively in a team
