Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will help build and enhance applications that span front-end and back-end systems, contributing to solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Beyond writing high-quality code, you will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand business needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions. We are looking for someone who is curious about the business context behind the applications they develop and wants to actively contribute to shaping solutions, rather than simply implementing predefined specifications.

You will be part of an Agile delivery environment, collaborating across teams to build scalable, secure, maintainable, and user-focused solutions.

• →Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot on the back end and React/TypeScript on the front end.
• →Develop REST APIs, business logic, reusable components, and integrations with relational databases.
• →Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand business processes, analyze requirements, and translate them into well-designed technical solutions.
• →Ask the right questions, identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements, and contribute ideas that improve both the technical solution and the overall user experience.
• →Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices.
• →Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization across the application stack.
• →Contribute to technical design decisions and continuously improve existing applications and development practices.
• →Create and maintain technical documentation.
• →Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, analysts, QA engineers, and other members of the delivery team.

• Around 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for back-end development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs, implementing business logic, and integrating applications with relational databases.
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with testing frameworks, debugging, and application performance optimization.
• Good understanding of secure coding principles, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.
• A genuine interest in understanding business processes and functional requirements, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and willingness to challenge or clarify requirements when needed
• Business-fluent English with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
