→Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
→Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
→Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence projects.
→Track and report improvement results and business impact.

Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Solid experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
