FINANCE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities: ∙Daily booking of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. ∙Manage receivables, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis. ∙Maintain VAT account, prepare VAT returns and other tax related reports to ensure compliance with tax regulations. ∙Prepare compliance reports for regulators and coordinate audits. ∙Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts. ∙Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. ∙Recommend cost-saving measures and process improvements. ∙Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. ∙Conduct monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. ∙Manage fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking. ∙Maintain financial systems and enhance reporting processes. ∙Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives. ∙Any other related activities assigned to you by your supervisor Requirements Qualifications: ∙Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ∙CPA or similar certification will be an added advantage. ∙3+ years of financial accounting, audit or management accounting experience. ∙Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial principles and regulations. ∙Experience with VAT reporting and compliance. ∙Proven ability to prepare compliance reports for regulators. ∙Ability to work under minimum supervision. ∙Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
