As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of platform capabilities, with a particular focus on billing, payments, and pricing solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping scalable product experiences that support business growth and meet evolving customer needs. Working closely with engineering, design, finance, legal, sales, and marketing teams, you will translate business objectives into effective product strategies and deliverables. You will take ownership of the end-to-end billing experience, optimize monetization models, and ensure seamless subscription and payment processes. Through data-driven decision-making, market research, and customer insights, you will identify opportunities to improve product performance and competitiveness. Define, own, and continuously evolve the product strategy and roadmap for platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and long-term growth.

Drive the development of scalable platform services and infrastructure that support efficient product development, integration, and delivery.

Manage the end-to-end billing and payments experience, including invoicing, payment processing, subscription management, and related customer-facing functionalities.

Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure billing, payment, and taxation processes comply with applicable international regulations and requirements.

Develop, evaluate, and refine pricing and monetization strategies that reflect customer value, market positioning, and business priorities.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform product and pricing decisions.

Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate the launch of pricing updates, promotional initiatives, and new monetization models.

Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.

Prioritize product backlogs, manage development roadmaps, and ensure teams focus on the initiatives delivering the greatest business and customer value.

Monitor product performance, analyze customer feedback, and use relevant metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide ongoing product optimization.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, subscription-based, or platform-driven businesses.

Strong understanding of billing systems, payment gateways, invoicing processes, subscription management, and pricing strategies.

Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, managing roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and overseeing products throughout their lifecycle.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly engineering, design, finance, legal, sales, and marketing teams.

Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting product performance metrics to support strategic decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared product objectives.

Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable development priorities.

A customer-focused and commercially minded approach, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance customer needs with business performance.

Experience managing global billing operations and navigating international tax and regulatory compliance requirements.

Knowledge of usage-based pricing models, recurring revenue structures, and subscription-based monetization strategies.

Previous experience with platform architecture, infrastructure products, or subscription product management.

Experience optimizing payment experiences and developing scalable billing solutions for diverse customer segments.
