Multilingual Teacher - Washington Connections Academy

• →Provide direct English language development (ELD) instruction aligned with students' language proficiency levels.
• →Collaborate with classroom teachers to support ELs in accessing grade-level curriculum.
• →Monitor and document language development progress.
• →Communicate regularly with families using appropriate language supports.
• →Participate in EL identification, placement, and reclassification processes.

• Valid teaching certificate with appropriate ESL, ELL, or bilingual endorsement (as required by Washington state).
• Experience working with linguistically and culturally diverse students preferred.
• Washington state residency
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Salary based on experience and education: $44,500 per year.
