At Scribe, data is the foundation of how we make decisions — we take it very seriously. With 5M+ users and a fast-growing self-serve business, our product team ships quickly and needs to know what’s working, for whom, and why. We’re looking for our first product data scientist to answer our most important questions about how customers use Scribe, bring rigor to how we experiment, and lay the foundation of product data science that will shape the next generation of product investments.

As the first Senior Data Scientist for Product, you’ll partner with our product, design, and engineering teams to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of what we build. Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you’ll define how Scribe approaches product analytics and experimentation, and set the standards that future data scientists will build on. From day one, you’ll also have the opportunity to mentor members of the data team and raise the bar for analytical rigor across Scribe.

This role is highly visible, working directly with executive leadership as well as the product managers and engineers who own each area of the product. You will transform raw data from Scribe’s 5M+ users into clear, actionable insights, and your work will be central to how we grow our self-serve business and decide where to invest next.
