As a Clinical Scientist, you will contribute to the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical research studies that support the development of new therapies. Working within a sponsor-dedicated clinical research environment, you will take ownership of key scientific deliverables while ensuring compliance with applicable scientific and regulatory standards. You will analyze clinical data, translate findings into meaningful insights, and help maintain the quality and integrity of study results. In close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, you will support effective study delivery and scientific decision-making. In this role, you will oversee scientific activities and contribute to the successful delivery of clinical studies through responsibilities including:

Designing and implementing clinical trial protocols in accordance with scientific principles, regulatory requirements, and study objectives.
Analyzing and interpreting clinical data to generate insights and support research outcomes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate study execution and maintain data quality.
Communicating research findings to stakeholders and contributing to scientific discussions.
Supporting the preparation of regulatory submissions, clinical study reports, and scientific publications.
Taking responsibility for assigned clinical research deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines a relevant scientific background with practical knowledge of clinical research, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills. Key qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
Experience in clinical research or a related scientific position, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and quality standards.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% as required.
Legal authorization to work in Canada, as employment is contingent upon having the right to work in the country where the position is based.
