Our guests visit us for pain relief, stress management, recovery, and relaxation. As a Massage Therapist, you'll build meaningful client relationships and create customized treatment plans that help guests achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities

Design customized treatment plans based on each client's individual needs
Deliver exceptional service through a professional and caring approach
Build client relationships that encourage referrals and membership growth
Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional spa standards
Collaborate with team members to create an outstanding guest experience

Qualifications

Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License required
Liability insurance required
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management, and teammates
Swedish Massage experience required
Experience with Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, or Reiki is a plus, but not required
Passion for wellness and a genuine belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy
