We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Analyst specializing in corporate investigations to strengthen the organization's integrity, ethics, and risk management practices. In this role, you will independently plan and conduct complex internal investigations involving fraud, conflicts of interest, misconduct, and potential violations of corporate policies. You will oversee sensitive cases from initial reporting and evidence collection through interviews, analysis, and final reporting, ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and technical rigor. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external specialists, you will provide actionable insights and support appropriate corrective measures. You will also contribute to improving investigation methodologies, strengthening ethical practices, and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, purpose-driven financial services environment.

  • Plan and conduct internal investigations of varying levels of complexity, ensuring technical independence, impartiality, confidentiality, and appropriate documentation.
  • Investigate internal fraud, conflicts of interest, behavioral misconduct, violations of the Code of Ethics, and other corporate irregularities.
  • Define investigation strategies, establish case scopes, and determine the appropriate procedures and investigative actions required to establish the facts.
  • Conduct investigative interviews with relevant individuals, adapting approaches to sensitive situations and different organizational levels.
  • Collect, organize, preserve, and analyze documentary, digital, financial, system-based, and testimonial evidence, ensuring integrity, traceability, confidentiality, and proper chain of custody.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical investigation reports and executive summaries, presenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations clearly and objectively.
  • Present and defend investigation findings in decision-making committees and forums, communicating effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, and specialized professionals involved in investigations, according to the nature and complexity of each case.
  • Monitor corrective actions and follow-up plans resulting from investigations, ensuring appropriate progress and accountability.
  • Analyze Ethics Hotline and investigation data, identifying recurring risks, emerging trends, and opportunities for preventive action.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of investigation methodologies, procedures, workflows, and supporting tools.
  • Deliver training sessions and support internal communications aimed at strengthening ethical standards and corporate integrity.
  • Provide advisory support on matters related to the Code of Ethics, corporate integrity, and compliance practices.
  • Support other compliance activities when needed, including third-party due diligence, conflict-of-interest management, and the development or review of integrity policies and procedures.
  • Identify process improvements and support the implementation of more effective investigation practices and tools.
