📍 Location: Cardiff (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

💰 Salary: £60,000–£80,000 OTE (Year 1) + Competitive Base + Commission
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide expert mortgage advice to a range of clients (training provided)
- →Work with high-quality HOT leads
- →Deliver a professional and ethical service in line with FCA regulations
- →Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team
- CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) – required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ambitious, coachable, and keen to learn
- No prior mortgage experience needed – we’ll support you every step of the way
