6–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend development.
Strong backend development experience, preferably with Golang; Java experience is also acceptable.
Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development.
Experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems.
Ability to independently own complex technical projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

→Design, architect, and develop core software systems and scalable applications.
→Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
→Develop robust backend services and APIs using Golang or Java.
→Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and production-ready code.
→Take end-to-end ownership of engineering initiatives, from technical design and implementation to deployment and ongoing improvements.
→Drive architectural decisions and contribute to building reliable and scalable technology solutions.
→Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions.
→Collaborate closely with the founding team and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
→Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, security, and engineering excellence.
