LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan State of Michigan required during CFY Upon Hire required
CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines

Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
