We are looking for a bilingual Member Experience Specialist to join our team of 150+ purpose-driven professionals. Reporting to the Member Experience Support Manager, you will support prospective and current members using our CARE philosophy (Connected, Attentive, Responsible, and Enthusiastic) to deliver exceptional, non-transactional service.

Responsibilities

→Deliver high-touch, empathetic customer service to members across live chat, WhatsApp, phone, text, and email.
→Embody the CARE philosophy in all customer interactions, ensuring responses are attentive, responsible, and enthusiastic.
→Diagnose member needs quickly and provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using designated internal tools and systems.
→Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolving complex inquiries and handling situations with patience and composure.
