As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to concerns, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional customer service. • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following healthcare location protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, access-control procedures, and other site-specific requests.
• →Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age 
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
