As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Property Protection in Lancaster, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. • Valid Driver's License 
• All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements. This is essential for roles that require driving as part of the job responsibilities.

• →Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, offices, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points, verify authorization as required, and maintain awareness of visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to established procedures.
• →Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, unusual conditions, and other security-related activities, and communicate pertinent information to supervisors and site contacts.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
