Front Desk- Concierge

Our Concierge Team is the first point of contact for our community. Your role ensures that residents, guests, and staff feel welcomed, supported, and safe. Key responsibilities include:

  Greet and welcome guests, residents, and vendors with a warm and friendly attitude

• →Monitor the "comings" and "goings" to ensure safety within the community
• →

  Remain calm and composed while handling emergencies efficiently and effectively

• →

  Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records

• →

  Ensure proper adherence to COVID protocols and safety guidelines for all guests and employees

• →

  Assist staff and management with day-to-day front desk operations as needed

• Part-Time, PRN Hours Available 
• Schedule: Days, Evenings
• Every Other Weekend Rotation required
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
