Experienced or Licensed Veterinary Technician

As our Experienced or Licensed Veterinary Technician, you will:

• Assist our veterinarians in surgery and help keep surgical patients safe and comfortable
• Provide high-quality nursing care to every patient
• Support our veterinarians during exams and procedures
• Educate clients and build lasting connections with the families we serve
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment every day

• Surgical experience in a veterinary setting (required)
• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential in the state of Maine (preferred)
• If not licensed, at least 4 years of experience as a veterinary technician or veterinary assistant (required)
• A compassionate, patient-first approach to nursing care
• Clear, friendly communication with clients and coworkers
• A team-player attitude and a desire to keep learning
