We're looking for a results-driven Growth Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional digital marketing skills.

You'll own the digital growth strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue across multiple online platforms.

We're looking for someone who knows how to turn marketing strategies into measurable business results!

• →Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• →Drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer conversions.
• →Build and optimize paid acquisition, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
• →Design and execute A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion strategies.
• →Develop marketing automation and customer retention campaigns.
• →Track performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• →Identify opportunities to improve growth through technology, analytics, and AI tools.

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Engineering, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven success growing B2C subscription businesses, consumer apps, or online marketplaces.
• Strong mastery of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, CRO, and A/B testing.
• Technical knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze, or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and marketing attribution.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Experience with Stripe, Webflow, Segment, or Google Tag Manager.
• Experience scaling two-sided marketplaces.
• Background in HealthTech or consumer technology.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and automation tools.
